By engaging UniCal’s services, you agree to these terms and conditions:

  • Order Process & Payment Terms: Orders below SGD $500:Calibration services are rendered first. Full payment (COD terms) must be received before calibration reports are released. UniCal reserves the right to withhold equipment until payment is cleared. Orders SGD $500 and above: Calibration services are completed first, and full payment must be received before releasing calibration reports. UniCal reserves the right to retain equipment until payment is settled. Payment Methods Accepted: Bank transfer, PayNow, Cheque, or Cash.
 
  • Calibration Equipment Conditions: Ensure all equipment is fully functional prior to sending it for calibration. UniCal does not offer equipment repairs. Faulty equipment submissions can result in additional downtime and potential costs.
 
  • Delivery & Liability: Customers are responsible for proper packaging and delivery of equipment to UniCal. UniCal’s liability for any loss or damage is strictly limited to the cost of the calibration service performed.
 
  • Calibration Reports & Documentation: Calibration reports provided comply fully with SAC-SINGLAS accreditation and ISO/IEC 17025 international standards. Only digital calibration reports (PDF format) are issued upon payment clearance; no calibration certificates are provided.
 
  • Communication & After-Sales: After service completion, customers are automatically added to UniCal’s mailing list for calibration updates and reminders. Customers can unsubscribe anytime by contacting their UniCal sales representative directly.
 
  • Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
