How do I request a calibration service?
Simply reach out via our contact form, email us at inquiry@unical.com.sg, or Whatsapp us. Share the type and quantity of instruments you need calibrated, and our team will respond within one business day with a tailored quotation.

What happens after I send an enquiry?
Here’s our typical sales process:

1. Enquiry — You submit instrument details via form, email, or phone.
2. Quotation — We send a scoped proposal, usually within 1 business day.
3. Confirmation — You approve the quote and confirm the service mode (in-house or on-site).
4. Scheduling — We align on a equipment drop-off or pick up date or site visit timing.
5. Calibration & Report — Instruments are calibrated and a certified report is issued.
6. Invoice & Payment — Invoice is issued upon job completion.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We calibrate single instruments as readily as bulk orders. For larger accounts or recurring annual contracts, we offer tailored service agreements — ask us about our contract pricing.
